When you're away from home, it's hard to relax if you're worried about how your pet is doing in your absence. But if he's staying at Animal Hospital at Grayhawk, you will have no need to worry, as your pet will be enjoying a personalized vacation of his own!

Dogs stay in roomy air-conditioned comfort, with both kennels and runs available: your pet will not be on concrete. All lodgers have a view of the color televisions which show a variety of movies (the most popular choices are 'Cats' and '101 Dalmatians'). Three daily walks in our spacious garden area are included in the price. Cats are kept in a separate, quiet kitty room, where they can enjoy a nap in the sun or exercise in our spacious kitty condos. We provide blankets to rest on, but if your pet has a favorite bed, blanket or toy, feel free to bring them along.

Because we are not a large warehouse-type kennel facility, the animals staying with us receive a great deal of personalized attention. We feed Purina Veterinary Diets to our lodgers, but if your pet is on a special diet, we are happy to feed what you provide. With a veterinarian on premises, you can rest assured that your pet will not only enjoy his stay, but will be safe, healthy and happy when you return.

Requirements

To ensure the safety and well-being of all lodgers, proof of current vaccination status is required.

Dogs
	Current vaccinations include Distemper, Parvo, Rabies and Bordetella (Kennel cough). If your dog has not received a flea & tick preventative treatment within 30 days prior to boarding, he will receive a Frontline treatment while at the Animal Hospital at Grayhawk.
Cats
	Must have current FVRCP vaccination. Feline Leukemia Virus (FeLV) vaccine is required only of outdoor cats.

With a B.A. from the International School of Economics and Trade in Lucerne, Switzerland, Liz continues our tradition of hiring over-qualified individuals! Liz, who grew up in Lucerne, later attended New York University for Financial Accounting, Mergers & Acquisitions and was licensed to sell securities with the SEC and NASD. She and her husband Horst, who is retired from the automotive industry, moved to Scottsdale in 1998. Though a very active tennis player, Liz needed more to occupy her time, "After having worked in pretty large companies, Grayhawk has a real family-like atmosphere where everyone works together to assure a high quality of care" she says. We, along with your pets, are glad she left the world of finance and joined our team.
